Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit of £15.00 per person is required to secure your booking.

Credit card details are required to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken from your card until the day you are due to arrive.

If you cancel before two days of arrival, you will only pay £15.00 deposit per person. This will be taken from your credit card. If you cancel within two days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the first night stay which will be taken from your credit card. Payments can also be made by cheque or cash.

Smoking Policy
Norcroft is a non smoking residence. Please note that there will be a minimum charge of £30 if you smoke in your room and extra charges if we have to relocate future guests because of cleaning rooms.
